Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.

• An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a return request.
  (Video must clearly show the package, opening process, and the product without cuts or edits.)

• Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

• Ensure the product is unused and in original condition with tags intact when sending it back.

Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a replacement will be shipped.
Refunds are not provided unless the product is out of stock.
